I had excellent service and representation from this law firm. They treated me very well and took care of my legal problems every time I needed legal help. I can only speak on the Customer service I received from Tucker Clagett . I was in a car accident so like many I went to see Tucker . After I contracted him to handle my case he did nothing afterwards wouldn’t even return my calls . 🤬 poor customer service ‼️ After serveral weeks I decided to meet Tucker in person. He became very angry after I brought to his attention his poor customer service. Afterwards he stated that he would not represent me anymore. ‼️poor customer service 🤬‼️‼️‼️ I would have to say honestly I never thought that a lawyer could treat a client this way. I will always remember this event. 3 blocks down the road found a more experience lawyer farmer and farmer. Please do you Research before hiring anyone trust me it will save you some time.

While caring for our increasing sick Mother, one of the most difficult experiences my sister and I struggle to manage, Dave Gormley and his staff continued to go over and above what was expected. Our Mom was very ill and had not formalized her final wishes. She was too weak to go to a lawyer’s office so we called the southern Maryland Law firm located near us. They immediately offered to have an attorney visit with Mom in my home. When she passed away Mr. Gormley sat with us and answered all our questions and supplied us with ‘Next Steps’ in this trying process. Mr. Gormley has been my attorney for years (due to an extremely turbulent divorce, which lead to a financial breaking point a few years ago). He's been nothing short of stellar during the entire debacle, consistently providing courses of action when the situation seemed hopeless. He's helped me deal with every issue imaginable from a former spouse focused on personal destruction, often abusing the court system to further his agenda. Mr. Gormley worked in family law when we met; now his focus is on bankruptcy and real estate. His knowledge regarding all facets of the law is impressive. Further, his shift from family law to bankruptcy/real estate was perfect because he has been a catalyst in my first home purchase. I went to settlement a month ago today, and couldn't be happier with how the process was handled. Seeing the smiles on my daughters' faces as we've started making memories (in our new place) is priceless; knowing what it took to get to this point is occasionally overwhelming. Nine years later, I'm finally at peace and am confident that, whatever issues arise, I have a steady, stable attorney who will continue to look out for my best interests.
