Joseph Tychostup is a good /great lawyer I will say ensure me that I had nothing to worry about and everything was going to be ok answered any and all my questions Made me feel comfortable and I will say that if you needed a lawyer he is definitely the one and I love how he Handle my case, did it so well I got thrown out.

My husband and I had a difficult issue where we lived out of state and were traveling back and forth with our legal matters. Ross was a wonderful attorney to hire. I am a PA driver who was arrested for my first drunk driving this early April. It is a terrifying experience, so it is best to have someone who knows what they're doing and who can make you calm and comfortable throughout the entire process, and Ross does that!! During the in-person (FREE) consultation, Ross was accommodating in meeting with me at 6:30pm on a weekday after getting out of work and sat with me going through the whole process of what each charge means and how the process works (whether I do it on my own or hire him). Ross was very easy to talk to, and makes sure the experience is calm and comfortable. Ross knows his stuff and he will walk you through everything and allow you to explore all your options. He will be straightforward with you from the getgo and tell you what steps you need to take in order to have some better results for your case. Once given all the facts and who will be the presiding judge, Ross can explain step by step (in his professional experience...which should not be taken for granted) what he thinks the outcomes will be in both the best and worst case scenario. All in all, Ross is a wonderful lawyer to have at your side. He is very knowledgeable, he helps you through this difficult process, and makes you feel calm. My first attorney, due to courts shutting down for Covid, was let go or fired..not sure. Luke Woods took over for him and I could not have been more pleased with the service. He knows the law well and worked the system to have the judge reverse the guilty verdict to probation before judgement which made the points from my DUI go away and I was able to keep my drivers license.
