We used Matt Luzuriaga to finalize the adoptions for our two boys from the DR Congo and we could not have been happier with him! He was efficient, kind, generous and hard working. Their adoptions were long and and arduous and finalizing their citizenship was the last step in a 5 year process. We anticipated more tedious paperwork and excessive wait times but were pleasantly surprised when Matt made everything timely and smooth. What a pleasant surprise to have such a wonderful experience to finale our long journey. So thankful to Matt for his help in making our boys U.S. citizens.
