Having Amy on my side while going through my custody modification was a blessing. Her knowledge in her field and her communication surpassed all my expectations. Amy made herself available to talk me through all legal aspects of my case. In the courtroom she is laid back, professional, and eloquent, yet she will go at anyone who tries to manipulate or deflect from the truth and call them out. I truly felt like I was a person and not her client. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

I found Amy and couldn’t have been happier. My custody modification drug out for almost 2 years (due to opposing party not Amy) and she never wavered or lost track of my case. Amy was phenomenal as a self proclaimed hot head(again me not Amy) Amy was amazing at keeping me focused on what exact battles to hold my ground on and which points were better suited for compromise. She didn’t sugar coat things or provide me false hopes to take my money. Her pricing was affordable, and made it so that I could endure the lengthy proceedings. Her communication was always quick, concise and straightforward and when I needed to I had no issue reaching her. Amy was compassionate about the concerns I had for my children and I felt heard and understood the entire process. I will not go anywhere else for family law matters I found her to be refreshing, honest knowledgeable and fair with the perfect balance of fight and compromise. If you’re in the process or thinking about proceeding with a Child Custody case Amy is the one! My husband was very blessed to have found Amy in such a short notice. Amy is such a compassionate, honest, and very professional. Amy dedicated herself and went far and beyond measures that anyone could ask for. Amy really connects with you, and it felt at times that she did put her feet in our shoes. It didn’t matter what time it was, if we had a question, concern in any matter she would drop everything she was doing to touch basis. Amy has such a huge heart and when she had a family emergency, she still jumped through hoops to meet our expectations. I have never met any lawyer that would dedicate her time out on a weekend from her own family to speak with us about concerns that couldn’t wait until business hours. Amy defiantly takes her time to explain in depth details and how to get control back of any situation. Amy is a go getter and a fighter who fights for what is right and what’s in the best interest of the child/children. Amy defiantly helped give my husband back his encouragement and his confidence that a father needed.

Amy Tieperman is the epitome of what it means to be a lawyer. She went above and beyond for our family custody case and we will forever be indebted to her. It was pure luck that we were referred to her but I'm thankful every day that fate gave us the best child custody lawyer in Maryland. Not only is she an amazing lawyer, but she is an all around amazing person. She truly empathizes with her clients and always has the children's best interest at heart.
