Bob Fiore and Ashley were awesome to work with! After being ignored by 2 other attorneys, someone recommended Ross Albers office. I met with Ross first and knew his firm would actually get something done! Bob was the one who actually represented me in my case and was a pleasure to work with. He was always available for questions, responded quickly and took the time to explain things to me.

Extremely helpful. Was able to clear everything with my case in one visit. Knows his facts and does not beat around the facts. Highly recommend to anyone who needs legal council.

The team at Albers & Associates was amazing throughout my time with them. They handled my car accident injuries and settlement amazingly. I was able to focus on my recovery and especially my 3 children during a difficult time. All because I felt in very good hands. I'm very pleased that i have contacted Ross Albers law firm to represent me in my case. From the first call i made to the firm i wasn't sure of the process and what to do. I spoke with Rachel and she has guided me through this whole process, she has answered all my questions and concerns , returned all my calls and she's been on point with my case. It's been a very smooth process from the get go and when she wasn't there i spoke with Ashley who was very helpful as well.I would recommend this Law Firm to everybody because when you have people like Rachel who goes above and beyond to make it easy on there clients it's easy to see why you would use this law firm.

I called their offices after seeing the great rating on Google. I spoke with the receptionist, who took all of my information and then said I should receive a call within 24-48 hours. 3-4 days later, no phone call was forthcoming so I called them again and explained that there was a timeline that was needed by the courts for my case. At this, I was told that someone would call me within the day and at a minimum help with the timeline issue I was having. Nearly a week later, I am finally able to talk to the receptionist again who informs me that the office decided they couldn't take on my case - No phone call to me, ever, occurred. Couldn't someone have looked over everything and gotten back with that response promptly? I have 30 days with which to respond to my issue and now 2 weeks have been used up trying to play phone tag and get an answer, only to be told they wont accept my case. Thanks for the waste of 2 weeks for this. Worst service ever - completely failure for this office.

I choose Ross to represent me because he showed a genuine quality that other attorneys I discussed my case with lacked. I was not disappointed. He provide a comfort to myself and my family through a difficult time. I would strongly recommend Ross' services.
