I have had nothing but a pleasant experience working with this law firm. Mr. Craig Ross was extremely professional and helpful with my case. Additionally, the office staff was always prompt with their responses and were very kind and understanding. I would definitely use their services again and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for legal assistance.

Tyler Wilson did a wonderful job handling our son's adoption. He was always available to us when we needed him. He made a complicated issue clear and understandable. We will use him and Albers and Associates again. Thanks again Tyler a wonderful Christmas present and made our New Year happier.

Ryan was fantastic to work with from beginning to end of my case. He was very honest and straightforward about my options and possible outcomes and clearly explained all the legal terms so they were clear and understandable to me. I worked primarily with Robert (Bob) Fiore at the Law Office of Ross Albers on my personal injury case against an insurance company (Nationwide), so I’m rating him specifically with the 5 stars. I started out without a lawyer, thinking I could just reasonably work with the adjuster to get a fair settlement, but it wasn’t working out to being anywhere near fair. I was hesitant to hire a lawyer for so many reasons, including losing the large chunk of the settlement that goes to them and that it would prolong the process. Those both happened in my case, but I still believe I ended up in a much better position than if I’d kept at it on my own. It ended up being LESS stressful overall once Bob Fiore was on the case. He was so positive yet practical, detail oriented, available (via phone, text, email, after hours, whatever!), and he actually listened to all I had to say and kept me updated. He always left it to me to make the final decision, and/but I always went with his advice. I felt I could really trust him and that he was truly an invested advocate for me. It’s odd how comforting it is to have someone completely validate your injuries/suffering after an accident, rather than seeming jaded or uninterested. Yes, to all the lawyers and insurance adjusters, this is just another case and they treat it that way. But Bob was sympathetic and calming, and seemed to understand that to ME, this was a big deal. He repeatedly told me to let him stress and worry about the details and what the adjuster was or was not doing/saying. That’s not typically easy for me to do, but I found myself not thinking about the case for weeks at a time! It was a fantastic break. His communication and organizational skills are fantastic. He also really seems to like what he does, which I think makes him that much better at it. I would very highly recommend hiring/working with Bob Fiore to anyone unfortunate enough to be injured by someone else!

Very professional and extremely prepared. Ross did a complete job from start to finish including a follow up to clear up some later matters about the case. He went above and beyond. Will and have recommended him to others.

Ross and his employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. They kept me posted when a change occurred and if I had any questions they were answered quickly.

He was willing to do initial inquiry via email , as well as give some advice, and was prompt with his communications.

I was in an accident on Cinco De Mayo of all days. A frieight trucker hit me, and despite all the evidence provided that he was at fault-the insurance company of the truck driver was extremely aggressive. I was pretty upset when weeks went by and they were claiming ignorance. I was referred to this office by my chiropractor and they really helped me get this resolved. From the point they took over the case and on I was relieved to no longer have to deal with the insurance reps who were pretty unprofessional. I would highly recommend them!

Ross has done an excellent job helping me out with my case, from the moment I consulted him. He knows all of the judges in Westminster and he worked with them to help me.
