This process could not have gone smoother. Within 15 minutes of receiving my traffic citation, I was able to schedule an appointment with Ross to get my issue addressed. He took the time to help me get my license re-instated and communicated the entire process to me. He and his staff are incredibly responsive, and follow through on everything.

After a great deal of researching, I chose to hire Ross to represent a close family member. That person had a previous record and was facing some significant charges that could result in 10+ years of jail time. On the day of the hearing, Ross filed a motion for judgment of acquittal and it was granted. A case that could have resulted in an extremely grim outcome was acquitted with no probation or jail time beyond the 2 weeks that were already served. I highly recommend Ross for any legal needs.

If you want a truly caring individual representing you, then Ross is definitely the way to go. My ordeal took almost a year to resolve, which he, of course, did successfully, and everyone at the office was there to answer any questions I had and to put my fears at ease, day or night, weekday or weekend. When my case was resolved this morning, I gave him a hug instead of a handshake..💖 I highly recommend Ross Albers and any attorney he chooses to be a part of his team!
