Ross is a great guy let me start by saying. My problem is that he was asking me what I wanted to do instead of recommending what he thought was best for me to. If I knew what was best I wouldn't have hired him. I received very harsh penalties for a first time offender and I was told that by every attorney I've dealt with since. The first mistake was not trying it in district first then appealled to circuit if that failed. He sent some guy I never met before to the district hearing and immediately requested a jury trial but then he stated at the jury trial that he wouldn't dare put my case in front of a jury....hmmmmm Secondly, nothing he agreed to with the prosecutor was in the final plea I felt oblidged to accept and he didnt get anything I wanted out of the case otherthan being able to keep my employment. Nothing in the agreement he worked out with the prosecutor stuck and I didnt have funds to appeal the verdict, in which, he wanted another 2 grand to do so. If I knew then what I know now I should have forced him to take my case to trial because the prosecutor clearly didnt want to go to trial but Ross insisted I got a good deal. After sitting in court all I day I felt compelled to take what the judge offered just so I could be over with it but what a mistake that turned out to be. Lastly, I find it hard to believe that all these testimonials are legit. No attorney is perfect and Ross clearly wanted to do as little work as possible to get my case over with.

Ross is the best DUI attorney in Maryland. If you find yourself in a bad spot, hire him. If you're not worried about the outcome go hire a cut-rate lawyer and good luck...

In the World we live in finding a trustworthy attorney can be a challenge. However Ross is a class act and I would recommend him to anyone.

I was falsely accused of serious traffic violations and had never had to get a lawyer. I did some research and gave Ross a call, which he promptly called back on a Saturday. Ross was very honest and upfront about the whole process. I was very fortunate to have witnesses that helped me fight the accusations. Never having a lawyer before I really had no way of judging a good lawyer from a bad one until yesterday. Ross was exceptional in the court room interviewing all witnesses and cross examining the Deputy that charged me. Ross made a great closing statement to the judge and requested all charges be dismissed. Result was exactly what I was hoping for,not guilty on all charges.
