During the Fourth of July weekend I was arrested with my first DUI/DWI. I was completely terrified. I knew I would need a lawyer as soon as possible, but had no idea where to start. I filled out the “Free Consulting” form on Mr. Albers’s website. To my amazement despite the long weekend and himself being on vacation Mr. Albers’s contact me right away. Mr. Albers’s listen to my cases and arranged for us to meet the day he returned from vacation. We went to court this week and received a wonderful outcome. In regards to the MVA, Mr. Albers’s was able to save my license. I received 45 days of restricted driving but no points on my license. In regards to the criminal case I received a Probation Before Judgment. Though the Court said it would consider abating my probation after 6 months if I was in compliance. Being arrested was one of the most stressful and scariest things that has happened to me. But everything that follow the arrest I was able to walk through solely because of Mr. Albers’s guidance and expertise. I would high recommend Mr. Albers and will always be grateful to him.

Ross was a wonderful attorney to hire. I am a PA driver who was arrested for my first drunk driving this early April. It is a terrifying experience, so it is best to have someone who knows what they're doing and who can make you calm and comfortable throughout the entire process, and Ross does that!!
