Would recommend 10/10, Ross was honest and informative from the beginning. He let me know all possible outcomes, he was available anytime and answered all of my questions. Hiring him was the right decision, I came out with the best possible outcome and I believe that with anyone else that would not have been the case. He was easy to talk to, he made me feel like i wasn't just another client and he made this situation as easy as possible for me. He is organized, professional and knowledgeable. We contacted Ross after our daughter was injured in a car accident. Initially, we tried working with the at fault drivers insurance company on our own which left us feeling frustrated and pressured. After our first meeting with Ross we knew immediately we made the right decision by contacting his office. All of our questions were answered during every step of the settlement process. You know im super disappointed with dealing with this law firm Jim in particulare.i called last week told the receptionist what was going on and jim called me personally that night to talk about it saying we could handle this he would drive out to meet me at the Westminster office.i was deffinitly grateful until he gave me advice on doing escro and once i did it i called to make sure it was the right move he didn't have a answer for me witch im okay with.i still had a meeting with him friday and this was the friday before that i talked to him.so a day before my meeting i tried to reschedule so i didnt have to miss work and the receptionist calls me back like sorry for the bad news but jim doesn't want your case I was completly shocked after taking all the steps for a personal injury lawsuit and i only did half of what i was doing because he advised me too than he drops me on my head last minute and leaves me looking for help when i needed it most. I think it's very unprofessional and im dissapointed wish this wasn't the case.good luck hope this helps someone out before they go make decisions and listen to their lawyer and he drops them....
