Do NOT hire these lawyers!! They lied and manipulated me into hiring them by telling me they had their own private investigator at my disposal, then the lawyer that I hired Joe Tysochup, put the case off on a low level flunkies James McQuinn. Never made 1 appearance. Never gave the Discovery packet, refused to get important documents in the case like a medical report. He was working hand in hand with the States Attorney on the case. Once they received the money, a lump sum of $10 tho., he literally threw the case down the toilet. I had to file my own motions bc he refused to always had stupid reasons and excuses that didn't make sense. Constantly lied. theres an independent witness and he said they couldn't find her. 1 hr after hiring my own private investigator he had her on the phone and she said she had never been contacted at all by anyone. These men are LIARS, They care more about their Social Status and favors owed with other lawyer than their clients, he is corrupt and the bar association is launching an investigation into the entire firm. Don't say you weren't warned.

James McGuinn did a amazing job. He’s quit thinking, catches onto how everyone words what they’re saying and uses the same type of wording to back it up, takes amazing notes and never misses a beat when something is said or what/how to question it and he is very good at speaking to the jury and getting them to actually hear him. I am very grateful to have a person like him defend me and get the truth out to the jury.

I received a DUI in August of 2016 and was extremely afraid of the consequences of a really bad decision. I thoroughly searched for legal representation in Westminster and found Ross. Ross was available to meet me within in an hour of a phone call. At the free consultation, he was honest and open about the potential outcomes in a situation like mine, answered all my questions and suggested a course of action to give myself the best outcome. I decided to hire him that day. Before we went to court, Ross reviewed the details of my case with me, explained how the trial would proceed and put my mind at ease. The day of the trial, Ross knew the state’s attorney. The SA wanted to postpone the trial because the breath technician was on vacation however, Ross convinced her to proceed and this allowed for me to plead for probation before judgement on the lesser charge, DWI with one year supervised probation. I could not have been more pleased with that outcome! At the MVA hearing again Ross again proved himself as a skilled DUI attorney. He was able to convince the administrative law judge to allow me to drive with a modified license for 45 days. This was an outcome I was not expecting and could not be more pleased. Ross is an excellent DUI lawyer and I highly recommend him to anyone facing these serious charges. He is knowledgeable, open, and always available. The things I valued most was Ross's experience in the DUI courts, his relationship with the state’s attorney, his honesty with potential outcomes and availability to answer questions whenever I had them.

Joe did an EXCELLENT job. He arrived and informed us of what would be taking place. We felt confident and assured. And the outcome was just as he said it would be.
