Incompetent handling of personal documents
“Jessica Murray and her Office staff failed to return messages within the time-frame promised, but more importantly, they added another client's legal document to MY online client portal (instead of my will/advanced directive pdf, I got someone's "amended joint petition to modify parenting time" pdf!! I never did get an apology from Jessica Murray for this incompetent handling of personal documents.”
