Scheier Katin & Epstein is a law firm specializing in estate planning - including wills, trusts, health care proxies and power of attorney - probate law and real estate law. My ex and I worked with Barbara Epstein, one of the name partners, on establishing a supplemental needs trust for one of our children. Each of us also independently worked with her on our respective wills, health care proxies and powers of attorney. Her knowledge, patience, professionalism, reliability and human understanding made these difficult tasks not only more bearable, but also instructive. Her assistant was equally responsive.
