I would never use anyone else for my lawyer. Mark is the best! Very thorough and makes you feel confident in your purchase of a new home. He also helped us with the sale of our previous house. It was brand new and we never thought in a million years we’d have issues selling since we were the first one to purchase the home but we did. We had a title issue and thank god we bought title insurance. It took over a year to fix but he got it done. He will see it through until the end and get it resolved no questions asked.
