I had tried several attorneys. They have either not responded or were too busy. I emailed Mr. Krefetz on Friday and received an email on Mon. AM. Unfortunately I had found an attorney on Friday. I didn't get a chance to work with him but would use him if I have further need for an attorney.

As a first time landlord, I needed assistance with dealing with a tenant who has been constantly behind with the rent and having on-going money problems, among the many other issues. I got to the point of needing to evict this tenant but wasn't sure how to go about it correctly. I've heard some horrible stories that made me very nervous. After the first phone conversation with Josh, he assured me that we had a good case for a positive outcome. Josh started working the case right away & walked me through the entire process. As a new landlord I needed to evict my first tenant after 6 months. Late payments from the first month, among some other things, I wasn't sure if I could even evict. Attorney Joshua Krefetz is an awesome attorney and helped us when my parents needed our family to move in their multi-family home and their were issues. I had a strong case and was prepared for the long battle; It never got that far due to Josh and his handling of the variables of my case with true skill. One thing I liked is that Josh listened to my thoughts on why my case should go in one direction or another to maximize any award to us as Plaintiffs; When I say listened I really mean "heard". He was never dismissive of my comments. Most people recognize the subtle difference between listening and hearing and it really matters. I appreciated this. He was no doubt the most responsive attorney I've ever hired. Never ever an unreasonable wait for a reply to calls, faxes, emails. Never. How refreshing in today's world. Fees charged were quite fair. Skill levels demonstrated excellent. Service was outstanding. Hire this man.
