I was convicted for the following, Count 1. Application for Criminal Complaint for Leaving the Scene of Property Damage Accident. Count 2. Speeding. Count 3. Failure to Yield: Due to a technicality Robert Lewin found (Official documents were not processed by the offices in time) I was held NOT Responsible for all counts and the case was dismissed! This man has saved me time and time again. He is responsible, professional and cordial. He gave me a peace of mind when I THOUGHT I could lose it all. He also helped me on a separate 2nd OUI Charge and got it dropped down to the minimal charges. This man is a Godsend, you'd have to be dumb to pick another lawyer, they will overcharge you and treat you like another number. Thanks BOB!

I am an active duty military member station in California and had a 14 year old warrant in Massachusetts. Robert was able to get the warrant cancelled and the case dismissed without me having to come to MA from CA and got it done in one day. He was very attentive and understanding of my situation. January 9, 2019 In November of 2018, I was involved in a traffic stop issue. In my case running late through a red light evolved into a situation that could have led to over $5000.00 in fines and the possibility of up to one year in jail! While trying to seek legal counsel, I received a reference to call the office of Robert D. Lewin of Lewin & Lewin Attorneys. I called Robert's office and spoke with his secretary. I explained my situation. After leaving my name and phone number, I received a call from Robert in less than one hour. After explaining my situation to Robert, he told me he believed he could help me with my case. I made an appointment for the following Monday and had my consultation with Robert. Together we reviewed my situation and Robert advised me as to the ways in which we could approach my case. He explained each option carefully in a way that I could understand. He then explained the possible outcomes of each approach.
