I worked with EJ and his team to purchase my first home. He was aggressive when we needed him to be in order to meet our closing date, answered all our questions, explained each process along the way to make us comfortable. We are buyers from outside the US, so we are not familiar with the law and the process of buying property in Boston. This was not a simple process, but Edward Schneider (EJ) was patient enough to take us through each step with ease. EJ is also very knowledgable about the area and recommended a great team that helped with living trust and taxation. Working with him made everything feel like a one stop shop experience.
