Working with Pacy law was so easy amd made us feel so much less pressure in this crazy home buying market. Both Eric and Kayla were so kind and knowledgeable too. The team was very responsive and we felt comfortable asking any questions we had. My husband is not a first time home buyer but I am, so understanding the closing paperwork felt a little overwhelming to me… but Eric went step by step and made sure we both understood the numbers and terms of the closing paperwork while signing which I really appreciate! I feel confident recommending them to any home buyer!

This is my second time using Pacy Law for a residential property closing. The first time Eric Pacy was representing me while I was a seller. Since it was my first home sale I valued his input, professionalism, and re-assurance during the whole process. His entire staff was responsive and easy to work with. The second time Eric was the closing attorney for the purchase of a house. This home was a foreclosure, and again, Eric and his team helped guide me with ease through what i imagine is normally a more difficult process. If you are looking for professionalism, promptness, and some peace of mind during your real estate transaction, Pacy Law is the way to go.

Going above and beyond doesn’t begin to explain the experience we had with Pacy Law. As our home search in Massachusetts began we committed to using them as our legal counsel. As our search expanded to Rhode Island it appeared we would no longer be able to utilize their services due to them not being licensed in RI. In only a matter of days Eric Pacy applied for licensing in Rhode Island in order to continue representing us.
