I hired Attorney Jason Maloney on multiple occasions. Very reasonable pricing. Worth every penny. Very knowledgeable of the effort of getting multiple cases dismissed for me. Takes time explaining every step of the case. Very easy to work with and no judgement. Very satisfied to have Jason by my side knowing everything will have good results. Definitely would recommend and hire him again for any reason.

I will not go into the details of my case, but I will describe Mr. Jason Maloney's excellent skills and knowledge of law. As a defendant I was concerned for obvious reasons but his confidence and aggressively defensive tactics put my mind at ease. When the jury came back with a "not guilty" decision I knew I made the right choice by choosing Mr. Maloney as my attorney and would highly recommend him to anyone who has legal issues. He is great at breaking things down and explaining the situation to you so you have a better understanding of what's really going on. I whole heartedly recommend Jason Maloney as an attorney. My Ex husband was pulled over, searched & thrown in jail on charges of trafficking heroin. The whole time him, myself and our daughter were telling everyone that it was a smiley face balloon we purchased that she filled with cornstarch to make a stress ball. He fired his original appointed attorney due to him not believing him and offering no assistance. We found attorney Jason Maloney & things felt better instantly after speaking with him. He believed in his client. He takes the time to explain what is going on, what different charges and terminology means since this is all foreign to most. He calms your fears and is available day & night for you. Trust me. I've called. Due to his old attorneys lack of effort my ex sat in jail for 2 months & lost everything during that time. They had him considered a dangerous person with no bail. Attorney Maloney got him out on bail within 2 weeks of taking the case. After 6 months from start the results came back from the state lab and it was NOT DRUGS like we said from the beginning. It was a child's TOY!
