Horrible. Left a message to schedule a pre-trial meeting, leaving my phone and email; never heard back. The day of the trial, he misses the first session that we were scheduled for, and then sweeps in asking what happened to my phone. The voicemail was full. He had the e-mail, and I spelled it out for him. Tried to sell a bogus deal from the ADA as though he was selling a car, and I had to keep pushing back on him. Uses vocabulary that would suggest we were friends or something. Definite odd duck. Far cry from Boston attorneys, but hey, he stays in the woods for a reason. Thankfully I declined the deal and received a fair deal after I said no way we are going to trial.
