Mike is an outstanding criminal lawyer. He handles very serious cases and district court cases as well. I would highly recommend him if you are charged with a criminal offense in Attleboro or anywhere in Massachusetts.

Micheal Maloney is great. Mike was right there to answer all my questions and represent me at court. I used him for a traffic violation and at court I was found not responsible and the state reversed my insurance surcharge based on it. Strongly recommend.

I contacted Michael P Maloney after hours on a Friday and was pleased to have my call returned the on the same day. Before the end of the day on the following Tuesday Maloney & Associates had the ball rolling and put my mind at easy about having to appear in court all the way across the country.
