We couldn’t be more pleased with the excellent service David Adams provided to us in setting up and establishing our Estate Plan. The plan he designed for us includes will, trust, HIPAA, homestead, and power of attorney documentation, etc. This encompasses a great amount of detail. David patiently worked with us to outline our options and provided us with what we feel to be strong solutions to protect our assets and to avoid probate in the event of our passing.
