When your parent passes away and they have a Will you would like to think everything is all set. Well not in my case, the executor my father listed in his Will refused to provide me with my inheritance and this is when I enlisted the help of Attorney Younger. Probate cases can get very nasty and drag on for a long time but that did not deter Attorney Younger. There were good days and bad through out the process but Attorney Younger kept telling me to be the good person and stay truthful and it will all work out. He was absolutely right, we went to court, the executor was removed and I was granted the inheritance that was left to me by my late father. If you are looking for an attorney who is organized, has an amazing rapport with other court staff and is set on getting not only what is right but justice for his clients, then the Law Office of Joblin C. Younger is the attorney you want in your corner. I would recommend a 100 times over.

In my experience, This guy is the worst. He is Rude, Arrogant and very unprofessional. He solicited at Senior centers to drum up business and preys on the elderly in my opinion, If you care at all about your parents, do not let them hire him, anyone else would be better.

I worked with Mr. Younger on my parents estate for two days and my experience was discust!! He had no knowledge of what he was doing with my parents estate. He could not even retrieve documents from the previous attorney. He asked me to do it. He also could not stop prior mail from still going to the previous attorney. He said he had no authority to do this or get it done when on the court appointed document Mr Younger had full authority. His main concern was getting paid he said to me in so many words. He was appointed on September 28, 2021 and by February 3 2022 he still did not contact anyone from the family. I made initial contact. He said he was bombarded with phone calls and emails. Well the truth is we spoke once on Feb 3, 2022 and February 4 was emails. The bottom line is that I WOULD NOT recommend him to represent my dog if I had one. Do your research because he had alot of incivility going on with him towards my case and me. Potential clients. BEWARE!!!
