Potential issues with communication and meeting deadlines
“He kept telling me We'll file in July, then september then January. Now my time is running out on when i can file the claim and he says to me for the First time, unless we get a doctor to say your other doctor is negligent you have no case.”

“Then told me that the only Doctor who may help is in Springfield Ma an hour and a half away. The next day when i asked him for the name of the Dr. he says he can't remember, which leads me to believe he lied about that too and never spoke to anyone.”
