This lawfirm is excellent. They do everything they can to better your situation, even if it doesn't seem like there is much to do so. They have a well exercised plan and get to it right away. Not as expensive as you may think also. Check them out for a quick synopsis before getting started. Do NOT try to beat you case alone!

I can hardly believe the incredible result Joe and James got for me. They somehow managed to talk the DA into reducing a 3rd offense felony to only a 1st offense misdemeanor. So, no mandatory jail time and no felony conviction! I couldn't be happier with the results these guys got for me. Joe and James worked hard, put in extra time and were there for me every step of the way. I definitely hired the right law firm and would highly recommend this firm.

These men are excellent at what they do, and what they do is placate panic; they know the correct path for a neophyte like me. I am the type of person that is easily compliant with authority that means I'm friendly, and I run my mouth with cops. Even I know that this is problematic, and I count on competent attorneys to be level-headed in dire situations when I am not. These men protected me well; they got me a just outcome. It's not that I walked away unscathed, and it because it was an OUI rightly so I should not walk away unscathed I should be subject to the law. My attorney during the hearing was Mr. Dun. I only wish that I could use him for all of my legal needs as he was personable, and I could tell he intended to protect me efficiently. They saved my time; they protected my money, and they watched over me. While it was a pleasant Exchange with them always, it was very brass tacks and skipped over many of my questions, likely because they were dramatic and useless. I think it's useful for me to offer this to potential clients is while they are polite and cordial and friendly and placating. They have a job, and that job was to protect me, and they did it without the fluff; they did it without extraneous distraction, of which I have an overabundance. These are good men doing a great job intelligently, confidently, and in a manner that left me feeling well cared for. You really can't go wrong here; you should choose these men.

He kept me informed of everything that was going to happen and provided written documentation explaining every step of the process that I could read and reread, which provided a huge level of comfort knowing exactly what was going to happen.
