Before I found David, I had gone to another law firm and was having a very bad experience with a lawyer from this OTHER law firm. I had to dismiss that OTHER lawyer even though I had not investigated or made current inquiries to obtain another lawyer. I was thrilled to find Atty. David White. He was passionate and understanding but also extremely knowledgeable about the exact type of injury I had received. An injury that is quite complicated. It became manifest to me from that initial visit with David that HE was the best lawyer that I could have to represent me. He has the most experience, expertise, knowledge and understanding of personal injury law bar none. I was the victim of an auto accident in which I was rear ended by a commercial truck. I suffered some serious neck/spinal injuries. Without getting too personal or technical, I will just say that my injuries caused me the most horrendous pain and suffering I will probably ever experience. After going to the best hospitals in Boston and seeing the best surgeons, I was finally told that I had to have a very serious surgery. I wanted to postpone having the surgery by doing extensive physical therapy at the hospital and at home. For over five years my life was put on hold as I was unable to work full-time on a continual basis. With the help of Atty. David White I was finally able to put some closure on my accident by seeking a settlement. David's expertise helped me to get on with my life. A lot has been said already about how wonderful the law firm of Breakstone, White and Gluck is, in particularly Marc Breakstone so I will keep this brief. Marc took my case over 2 years ago when I was injured after slipping and severely breaking my ankle which left me with 2 plates and numerous screws as a parting gift. Unfortunately, I still cannot walk properly to this day and I can forget about ever wearing heels again that is for sure. Marc is everything all the reviewers say he is. He is extremely professional, tenacious, passionate, experienced and probably most importantly effective. In the end, Marc settled my case successfully, which is want you want from your attorney, so I could not be happier. My only slight critique, which is different from the other reviews so maybe it is an anomaly, is I did not find Marc to be an effective communicator with me personally (My husband loved him so maybe it is a girl thing). As he puts it, “he is not a hand-holder” so do be prepared to have long swaths of time where he does not check-in or provide any updates. His telephone style was also a bit unique for me. Besides this very minor comment, I enthusiastically recommend Marc and his firm. His assistant Christine is amazing and probably deserves a huge raise! Choose this firm and best of luck to you as no one ever really wants to be in a position where they have to find a personal injury lawyer…. You won’t regret it!
