I'm extremely happy with my representation with Ronald Gluck and his office. I sustained an injury that caused me a lot of pain, and resulted in me having surgery and missing months of work. When I came to the office I felt immediately that my concerns and my experiences were being heard. Throughout the process of they were very responsive and I felt that I was a part of all of the decision-making, which was very important to me. I also felt that I was very well defended against the claims that the injury I sustained was my own fault. In one particular instance, the insurance company claimed that they had video of me running down the stairs before my fall, implying that I was careless. Ronald was able to prove through the litigation that this was untrue and that the video was in fact of some other person. Overall, I am very happy with my experience and would not hesitate to recommend them to a friend or family member.

Marc Breakstone literally rescued my case. I was injured when a heavy metal shelf crushed my hand at a local department store. Hats off to Reza Breakstone. Two years ago, my then 12 year old son was assaulted by a bully, barely off of his school grounds. The school took no responsibility (whimps). 10 stiches just under his eye and a huge amount of heartache later, I was referred to Reza to hopefully advocate for my son against incredibly nonchalant parents who didn't even have it in their hearts to apologize for their son's assaultive actions against mine. Imagine??? Ok, whatever.... Needless to say, my 5 star rating is for the fact that Reza, from the moment I spoke with him, got so very related to us as though he were family. He spent so much time with us, making sure my son understood what was happening and totally made him feel at ease, heard, and cared for. Reza Breakstone did a fantastic job for me after I tripped on construction debris and broke two bones in my hand. In the end, he negotiated a settlement many times greater than I ever expected. Throughout the entire process, which took over two years, Reza kept me informed of developments and advised me regarding my options. He was always on the lookout for my interests; after reaching a final agreement, even though it did not affect his commission, he negotiated a $2000 reduction in the payout (from the settlement) to Medicare/Blue Cross.
