A few days before 2016 Christmas, my father was hit by a car when walking on the sidewalk with my 4yr old son. The car was out of control, hit my father and then flied into a house. My father was badly injured. He stayed in ICU for several days and still has long way to go for recovery after 6-mos of the accident. What made things even worse is that insurance company tried to decline the payment. They claimed that the driver was out of conscious due to medical reason and hence no fault. We feel so helpless and found Marc to help the case. Marc brought the case under control in no time. We had conversation on the morning the day before his Christmas vacation. He reached the agent, police and hospital on the same day and provided us a outlook of the case on the same day. In the following 4 mos, Marc took care of all the logistics of bills, negotiations and settlement. I only need to focus on taking care of my father. Nobody every plans to have an accident on their bike, but they happen more than you hear about. As a result, there isn’t a roadmap to explain how to go about recovering everything that you lost as a result of the accident. Overall, both lawyers are very professional.
