Due to negligence on handling my pip claim and property damage by this law firm associates referrals to physical therapist who tried to have me my son and fiancé falsify injuries we no longer went back. The associate requested I remove my car from main original shop to transport to auto shop which they are partners with they referred me to, the shop cashed a $3k check for damages and said my car was ready and we later found out it was a lie. The shop never told my insurance company about all damages and did few more supplements which is why investigations was opened up. This shop today a year after said my car isn’t drivable and damages aren’t related to accident. this shop also helped me with rental and retaliated demanding I return rental after they gave me permission to keep it until my car was fixed. I fired rosencrantz due to him and his staff ignorance and funny business on my case. His paralegal and associate both bad mouth eachother and I felt stuck in the middle. The associate and the shop owner came to my home to meet me in person, allegedly to help me out with a secretary job and thought it would be professional to finally meet after talking on phone in person. I have text emails etc. The associate told me to do a recorded statement with amica and when the paralegal found out he yelled at me. There is huge lack of communication and many loop holes not filled. Their actions in general and connections referrals etc are very bad and it raised red flags with my insurance company commerce. Rosencrantz never helped me retreive recordings, never challenged or advocated as I expected them to do as they are very convincing. They knew what I was in and never justified apologizeD for their actions or negligence on my case. Still today I have not had my car and it is still in the shop and rosencrantz knew about all this because his paralegal told me he would tell him. I was in 4 vehicle collision with total of 5 people in my car. I pretty much provided this law firm with all evidence and I have papertrails for proof and still am fighting for justice today. I never met rosencrantz a day in my life I only met Vasel and Wayne. The paralegal who came to my home at first to do-intake papers and associate who did physical therapy referrals paid for uber rides to and from medical appoints etc Rosencrantz did not fight for me. Amica is the responsible drivers insurance and they denied my case for 8 months until I challenged and reported them to division and when I fired rosencrantz it was 1-2 months after accident on 1/1/18. The accident date with 4 vehicle collision on high way I was rear ended by a out of control speeding driver who smashed into my car lost control smashed into lady who smashed into the driver who was coming the wrong way. Amica then accepted liability after I reported and had them all investigated. I had to pay rosencrantz for our files copy. I also am stuck with bills from rosencrantz referrals. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FIRM. If you want to be a victim of a insurance scam this is your place. Look at what we have dealt with still today stuck. Our case is so complex no attorney wants to even touch it. Thanx to rosencrantz referrals and associates who worked on our case.

Terrible firm. They havent give any update on my case its been 4 months now. I recently call the firm and the guy said he was going to check my file and hung up. Horrible experiance with them. If I could give this 0 star I would, waste of time.
