Hats off to Reza Breakstone. Two years ago, my then 12 year old son was assaulted by a bully, barely off of his school grounds. The school took no responsibility (whimps). 10 stiches just under his eye and a huge amount of heartache later, I was referred to Reza to hopefully advocate for my son against incredibly nonchalant parents who didn't even have it in their hearts to apologize for their son's assaultive actions against mine. Reza Breakstone did a fantastic job for me after I tripped on construction debris and broke two bones in my hand. In the end, he negotiated a settlement many times greater than I ever expected. Throughout the entire process, which took over two years, Reza kept me informed of developments and advised me regarding my options. He was always on the lookout for my interests; after reaching a final agreement, even though it did not affect his commission, he negotiated a $2000 reduction in the payout (from the settlement) to Medicare/Blue Cross. A few days before 2016 Christmas, my father was hit by a car when walking on the sidewalk with my 4yr old son. The car was out of control, hit my father and then flied into a house. My father was badly injured. He stayed in ICU for several days and still has long way to go for recovery after 6-mos of the accident. What made things even worse is that insurance company tried to decline the payment. They claimed that the driver was out of conscious due to medical reason and hence no fault. Nobody every plans to have an accident on their bike, but they happen more than you hear about.
