Attorney David Yannetti is highly recommended. Great Attorney.

I was charged for shoplifting at a Macy's store in May of 2012 and was scheduled for a magistrate hearing in April of 2013. I didn't contact Yannetti's office until the very same day of my hearing. From the moment I called his office and explained my situation to the paralegal, Lisa Yager, as felt as though she took a personal interest and a genuine concern in my case. It seemed to me as though she was jumping through hoops to attend to my needs (truly a very warm and caring individual). As if fate, Mr. Yannetti contacted me shortly after my intial call advising me that he would be in the very same courthouse with another client around the same time as I was scheduled and offered his services for a fraction of the price due to the circumstances. He was very knowlegeable and comfortable with the courthouse and its employees/magistrage. Although we did not have much time and everything was very last minute, Mr. Yannetti got to know as much about me and my case as he could before we sat down with the magistrate. It was clear to me that he was well known and very well respected in that courthouse. He was incredibly eloquent and confident when he spoke and for a second I felt like my own father was pleading my case next to me. Essentially, the outcome was a positive one and I got a "second change". I certainly learned from my mistake and plan to not ever have to see Mr. Yannetti again, no matter how charming and charismatic he is. I can't emphasize enough on how personal I felt him and his team handled my case, as opposed to a money hungry robotic transaction. I was truly blessed to have had everything work out in my favor so that Mr.Yannetti could represent me that day.

Extremely disrespectful law pratice. Do NOT recommend. Highly recommended to be shutdown. Worst law office in the history of Boston, Massachusetts. Lead attorney committs gross acts of perjury perjury heinous illegal crimes. Seeks vengeful efforts whenever confronted. Easily enraged. Big time bully. Doesn't care about others. Violations of civilian human rights. Does third degree assaults to opposing parties. Classless representation. Politically motived by television. Has been accused of several murders during his services. Lusts after others that are disinterested. Super jealous of others and digs into inappropriate information. Blocks out the police departments to ensure he never gets arrested for his committed crimes and misuse. Always misdirects legal procedures. Ushers grave-hate into society. Should be banned, permanently from law practice for good. Should never be considered as a candidate for representation purposes. There's a chance the death of a loved one will be stricken. Poorly presents truths. Sure he gets clients off after swallowing their money. Refuses to pay for his legal abusive practices whenever sued. Had been sued over 100 times in the past two years. Also BANs the public from assisting and providing decent legal assistance to incarcerated loved ones. Hurts people as a self reinsurance to his ego. Has no respect for those that are incarcerated. Sabotages others for a public advantage as a super lawyer.. which isn't the truth or reality about his integrity. This leading attorney, Mr. Yanetti should've been disbarred back in 1997. After the misleading details of the Jefferey Curly case. This man is an incredible arch enemy to the State of Illinois & Massachusetts bar associations. Across the board. No further arguments are advised for these comments.
