Unresponsive and unprofessional staff
“Called to talk to a lawyer and instead a very rude woman picked up the phone asking all kinds of details when she is not even qualified to answers legal questions then I asked to be transferred so I can speak with someone who is actually QUALIFIED to answer such questions and she just hung up - extremely RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL.”

“I 100% agree with Mel. I gave my banking account number and was told they'd be a deduction on the 1st and the 15th of each month. (which I agreed) The problem is I was never told how much those withdrawals would be. My balance was never known by me and was growing somehow.”
