Ben Duggan's work is amazing. He is very hard working, and represented me with confidence and poise. His directions were very straight forward, and he was very communicative. I learned from my experience with Mr. Duggan. I was very worried about the hearing at first, however just after a few calls I knew I was in the right hands. I would recommend Ben Duggan to anyone who needs to hire a lawyer.

I was very pleased to have Ben as an attorney. I will spare the details of a very long story, but he did a phenomenal job with my case and even after the matter has been resolved, he has been very helpful with any lingering matters.

When I first contacted Mr. Duggan, I was very distraught and worried because this was the first time in my life (I'm 31 years old) that I had a criminal case brought against me. I'll spare you the details, but needless to say it was a crime we both felt positive would be a good candidate for Pre Trial Probation. I had no record and from all I read outside of Mr. Duggan's advice, this was the most probable outcome. Fast forward 2 years later, and the case is finally resolved. Why is that? Politics. But Mr. Duggan never waivered. A case that shouldve been resolved in a matter of weeks, was unfortunately taken all the way to the day before a scheduled trial. Because of Mr. Duggan and his uncanny ability to get himself in front of the right people, I was able to resolve the case on the day trial was supposed to start. At no point in the two years did Attorney Duggan give up, or slack off. It was always clear he was giving 100% at all times. If you want a no nonsense lawyer who will never mislead you in any way. Ben is your guy. He is incredible intelligent and knows his way around the Boston Court System. Please take my words seriously because hiring a top notch attorney can be daunting, but look NO FURTHER, this guy will get you the best possible scenerio, no matter what. Thanks Ben!!

Benjamin is very professional lawyer, all time explain step by step about the case., to first court to the end. Very flexible with the payments, contract on hands, very clear the more important part is the trust and credibility.

If you are looking for a knowledgeable, professional, and responsive attorney I recommend Ben Duggan.  He helped me navigate a "David vs. Goliath" labor dispute -- alas I was "David".  Ben provided expert counsel and education.  He listened and helped me understand different options I could pursue.  Leveraging his experience he deftly worked with me to properly set my expectations.  He made it easy to understand what "Goliath" could and could not do.  Ben's responsiveness was amazing; it seemed like he was on call.  I reached out to him for guidance at random times on different days.  If he was available he picked up the phone.  If he was not available, I received a call back right away.  I highly recommend Ben -- he's an amazing attorney!

Attorney Benjamin H. Duggan was hired to represent us in a “breach of contract/consumer protection” case. It was the worst day in my life, the day I read the charges on that piece of paper; criminal charges were being filed against me; me who had never been in trouble before in my life. My first thought was that I need a lawyer, but I needed someone really, really good and someone who would be sympathetic and understanding of my situation. I was a single parent, new to the city, who made a very bad decision. My searches led me to Benjamin Duggan. He spent over an hour on the phone with me (at no cost) on our initial phone call. I was emotional and scared and told him my account of the story. Terrified was an understatement. I had already spoken with the police; not knowing any better, and probably already said a lot I shouldn’t have said. Ben reassured me that he could help me and we could see how to fix things moving forward. I could tell that he would care about me and about my case. I immediately knew he was the best choice I could make. I consider myself to be knowledgeable and to know what to say, but in the forth coming high stress situations I would face in court, there was absolutely no way I could articulate what he said, in the confident manner or timing that he said it. Almost every month for a year I had a court date and each one seemed to be more stressful and mentally and emotionally draining than the previous. Ben answered every email and every phone call from me (and there were many) in a timely manner; he put my mind at ease and somehow made me feel “better” each time I spoke with him. It was a long year and I spent it worrying, stressing, and agonizing over the situation I had created and what would become my ultimate fate. Meanwhile I continued to work and “stay out of trouble” and tried to be the best person I could be moving forward. My final court date came and I ended up receiving the best sentence I could possibly have imagined. While maintaining privacy, I will tell you that this horrible situation can now be put far behind me and I can continue on with a happy life as Ben had reassured me many times. Although I will not ever need Ben again in this capacity (I’m staying far from trouble), he is the first person I would call if I were ever the victim or needed other legal help. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing representation and cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Benjamin Duggan.
