If you are looking for a knowledgeable, professional, and responsive attorney I recommend Ben Duggan. He helped me navigate a "David vs. Goliath" labor dispute -- alas I was "David". Ben provided expert counsel and education. He listened and helped me understand different options I could pursue. Leveraging his experience he deftly worked with me to properly set my expectations. He made it easy to understand what "Goliath" could and could not do. Ben's responsiveness was amazing; it seemed like he was on call. I reached out to him for guidance at random times on different days. If he was available he picked up the phone. If he was not available, I received a call back right away.
