This lawyer is extremely inexperienced. Her decision into move forward without preparation was costly to my case. It allowed the other side to make claims in court that were untrue but we we unprepared with evidence to fight the misrepresentations. Ms. Ward should have never gone forward with the issue and because she went forward without preparation my interests were severely harmed. She also accepted the word of the other side without getting anything in writing to protect my interests.
