I was referred to Pollack Law Group by CLC Legal Program for divorce and child custody. When I spoke to McKenzie, she persuaded me to immediately meet her in the office and sign papers as the first step. She was very kind until I completed signing off papers and then it all stopped. I felt a woman lawyer would provide better representation and understand my situation. But, this attorney lacks basic human attributes. All she cares about is the money. When I withdrew her representation, I was charged 1200$ for a 1 hr meeting and because I had to break commitment. I had a terrible experience and I warn others to stay away.

McKenzie was very professional and confident. She did an amazing job representing me in my very difficult case and got me through it with no issues or hiccups. She continuously made me feel at ease and under her advisement, I never felt rushed nor pressured into making decisions. I will most definitely use her and PLG's services in the future.
