Billing and communication issues with some lawyers
“I 100% agree with Mel. I gave my banking account number and was told they'd be a deduction on the 1st and the 15th of each month. (which I agreed) The problem is I was never told how much those withdrawals would be. My husband is a disabled veteran and only gets a check once a month. We never even appeared in court.”

“Called for representation. Told lawyer what I thought about investigator. Glickman is friends with her so didn't want the case. Not sure about you, but I wouldn't want an attorney that prioritizes their relationship with the opposing side over a client.”

Worst lawyer I ever had the displeasure of working with. His entire billing collection practice is uncomfortable. Example: I paid the retainer via checking account. On two occasions Peter randomly and without any notification proceeded to take money from my account (bills not officially stealing).”
