Before deciding to work with Richard, I met with 3 bankruptcy attorneys. Ultimately, I decided on working with Richard because of his firm's niche focus on bankruptcy exclusively and his experience in representing both sides in bankruptcy cases. I found Richard to be pleasant, respectful, and very transparent, whereas I felt that the other attorneys I met with were much more like salesmen more focused on volume than their clients' cases specifically. Overall, working with Richard was both informative and pleasant. The idea of bankruptcy was certainly daunting, but Richard's encyclopedic knowledge and extensive experience in bankruptcy law specifically is tremendous. Additionally, Richard's passion for the nuances of the bankruptcy process and his sense of humor is truly second to none. I cannot recommend Richard enough. Thanks to him, I was able to achieve all of the results I was hoping to achieve through Chap. 7 and can breathe easy for the first time in a very long time.

My wife and I hired Attorney Gottlieb to assist us with our bankruptcy process. We worked with a couple of attorney's within his practice to ultimately working with him directly until our discharge. There were a lot of turbulent times between my wife and I along the way and Attorney Gottlieb was able to persevere and see us thru those times and was successful in bringing our case to closure. (officially discharged on 8/10/2020). The bankruptcy process is not for the faint of heart and is not a process that should be done without representation. Attorney Gottleib is well versed in bankruptcy law and was able to assist us in navigating the process.
