Attorney Korth and his team were instrumental in helping with a lemon aid law case. He patiently responded to all the questions and helped put any concerns about the case at ease. He was also very careful about keeping expectations realistic and not over-promising. The case took many months to resolve and to collect the settlement so the ability to ask about potential options and next steps throughout the process was very reassuring, and could've been nerve-wrecking without the counsel.

Attorney Korth was very easy to talk to about my legal situation. Not only did he listen, he took the time to find the best possible route to go with "my" case! Attorney Korth was recommended to me by the Ma Bar Association referral service. My issue/problem had to do with a school loan of over twenty years old, which had not been discharged as I thought, but, in fact, had a judgement rendered in absentia. Given an accrued interest, the amount owed had swelled by four times. Mr. Korth was cool, clear, knowlegable, and resourceful in marshalling all information, and coming up witha strategy for settlement which took advantage of a little know exemption provision in the updated Ma. legislation on these kinds of loans. Most important, Mr Korth was prompt and clear in his communication, while being extremely fair in his fee arrangement. As a result, the outcome was very favorable to me, his client. It was also a pleasure to deal with a young man of such skill and attitude. I might even have accepted a result less favorable knowing that all had been done...and well. But, I didn't have to.

Called office for an intake and spoke to a courteous representative named Kevin Crick on a Thursday afternoon regarding problems I was having with a purchase I had recently made. Less than 24 hours later, I received a call from Attorney Korth who had been assigned to my case.
