Im a student looking to go off for Law school soon and I actually just finished watching Trial 4. I am completely impressed by her and Jil’s passionate work throughout the case of Ellis v Boston. This truly pushes and motivates me to become an aspiring criminal defense attorney for the wrongful convicted. May God bless you all.

My son Sean Ellis was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole. When I heard his sentence my heart dropped to my feet. But my mind told me that this was not over yet, you see I am a Christian and the God I serve wouldn’t allow me to accept this verdict.When people walk up to me and say your son will never see the light of day I saw a light at the end of the tunnel. So when Sean after five years in called and said mommy I’m going to get a new lawyer I had no hesitation in saying go for it. I felt that the two lawyers who defended my son for three trials had defended him to the best of their ability but I watched the fire leave them. With fasting and praying and the determination of Sean’s new Attorney I knew with time my son would see the light of day. Thank you Rosemary Curran Scappicchio for the miracle you brought to my life. You are the best and I thank God for you. You brought joy back into my life.

I would just like to express how grateful I am to Attorney Scapicchio. I hade heard about her through others that she has worked with successfully in the past, but got to experience her myself when she took on my brothers case. She was the driving force that brought my brother Sean Ellis home after be given a life sentence of which he served 20+ years. Her tireless work and commitment throughout the entire process and over the years is what finally brought him home. Even when faced with numerous obstacles and hurdles she stayed committed and I am forever grateful. Our family was truly blessed when Attorney Scapicchio entered the ring on behalf of my brother.
