Five years ago my company was owed about $2.5 million by a client on a project we built for a high-end restaurant in the Boston area. The bank and the restaurant were pointing fingers at each other and we and our subcontractors were left hanging. In 20 years of as a general contractor my company had never had any issues like this. I was referred to Brad by my accountant. He said Brad was the head of the construction bar in Boston and knew that area of the law as well as anyone.
