absolutely first class counsel / my attorney had experience with the non profit division of the treasury department / m.c.l.e. massachusetts continuing legal education / & a j.d. from columbia university / we needed art.of org. & by laws they delivered / it was expensive but they referred us to a non profit advocate tailored to meet our needs / they also delivered our documents to the sec. of the commonwealth's office & ma atty gen.'s office as needed / when we grow @ can afford it we will work with them again / thanks hem / bar !!!

Very professional attorneys but, they are very busy.
