I was impressed with Michaels knowledge of the Mass. Workers Comp laws. There was never a time that I felt "in the dark" or that my best interests were not being attended to. If I had a question, he got back to me quickly with an answer I could understand. He made me feel comfortable to ask questions and to call on him at any time.
