Working with Joe Simons was the best decision I made for my Federal case in California. A process that took over 3 years from start to finish Joe walked me through each process. Constantly working with the prosecutor to get me a better deal all the way down to Probation. Joe is up front and honest with you from the beginning on what to expect and that made each moment easier to handle. Even flying out to California multiple times I knew I was in good hands.
