This is an excellent firm with not only lawyers but people who are there for you and not rest till you are satisfied. My settlement awarded me with a car and 1000$ and that is thanks to Raven Moslinger. I didn't have to leave my home, just answered a few calls, sent some emails and signed on the dotted line. Raven was impressive with his skills and I will be confident giving his name to a friend knowing that I placed them in good hands with Nicholas F. Ortiz law firm.

I was wrongfully 1099 by an employer, Mr. Ortiz and his firm worked very quickly and kept me in the loop throughout. I felt confident in their success from the initial interaction. I highly recommend this firm, I could not be more pleased.

I could not recommend Marques Lipton more highly as an attorney. I spoke with 3 attorneys prior to Marques all of whom told me that Chapter 7 bankruptcy was not an option for me and that I needed to either avoid bankruptcy all together or file a Chapter 13 and prepare for a very large payment each month. Marques told me that Chapter 7 was in fact an option for me and after a couple of quick and easy meetings and one short visit to court I received a Chapter 7 discharge, was able to get out from under a house that I was far under water on and am now able to start rebuilding my credit and planning for my future. Marques helped me save at least 5 years of my life and again I could not recommend him highly enough to anyone who like myself is in the unfortunate position of being over their head financially.

My case was personally handled by Mr Jonathan Lang who is an associate of Mr Nicholas Ortiz. My case was a small nonpayment of wages. Although it was small Mr Lang made me feel as though I was one of his most important clients. He updated me as soon as there was news and made sure that I understood at each step what was going on. Since laws can be confusing and overwhelming he kept explaining what exactly were my options and what possible outcomes could come from each one. He was calm and reassuring. I had the utmost confidence in Mr Lang. I would recommend Mr Lang, and in extension the firm, to anyone.
