Attorney Mason represented me recently in a unemployment appeal hearing. I found her to be knowledgeable, professional, conscientious, and extremely intelligent. Elizabeth spent considerable time in becoming familiar with all aspects of my situation and developed a strategy that showed her experience with the priorities of the board which would decide my case. She prepared me well for the hearing, discussing at length the types of questions that might be raised and my potential responses. She showed considerable skill during the hearing, asking questions and eliciting answers that best supported our case. I interviewed three attorneys before selecting Ms Mason, and I also considered trying to represent myself. In retrospect, I believe that selecting Atty Mason gave me the best chance at winning my case, which in fact I ultimately did. Her fee was fair, and she worked diligently in my behalf.
