Working with Christine Carey was an absolute pleasure. Christine helped me with reviewing all the documents from my investor, the two different transfer agreements created by my franchisor for the purchase of two additional territories and the seller's note from one of the territories I purchased. She also helped me creating the two asset purchase agreements.
