I was glad to find this service out there. Really simple process from sign up to questionnaire to negotiation. Pricing is very fair and much cheaper than any law firm. Customer service for questions and support was exceptional!

My meeting with Susan went above and beyond on what I expected. She was thorough in explaining everything in the pre-nup, but also explained the language in a way that was easily digestible. She calmed any nervousness and anxiety I had around the whole process and was super thoughtful. I would definitely recommend working with her and I am excited to work with her in the future.

I found it very convenient and easy to use HelloPrenup. Originally, I was apprehensive about getting a prenup as I had heard they were very expensive to do but HelloPrenup allowed us to get one at a reasonable price. The platform is easy to use and the videos are also very helpful in providing the necessary information. Furthermore Attorney Susan was incredible to work with. She took the time to go over every part of my Prenup making sure I was getting exactly what I wanted out of it. She was very professional and kind and I greatly enjoyed working with her. I would highly recommend HelloPrenup and working with Attorney Susan to any couple out there looking to get a prenup

The Short of the Long is that HelloPrenup was great! The long of the short: I'll start by saying that this review comes from a middle class couple with decent salaries and a few assets. In my opinion, our 'case' was relatively simple one, yet it was still something that was important to one of us. The platform itself is great - you each answer questions, mostly multiple choice, and when you're done, you have to go through the conflicting answers until your answers match. So, it made for some interesting conversations. There are tons of pre-populated questions that range from age, income, job, assets, children, liabilities, debts, inheritances, medical insurance, life insurance, The property section goes through each type of property, and then asks if you want it classified as "Separate", "Default to State Laws" (which I can only assume would be community property in CA), and finally "Ask an Attorney". If you select "Ask an attorney", it keeps track of your questions and at the end, they link you to one of their pre-vetted attorneys for 1 hour (for an additional fee, of course). There's a 2nd option where you can opt for a full Attorney Review & Signing. Ultimately, my fiancé opted to speak with an attorney. It came as no surprise (to me at least) that her recommendation was to have an attorney review and sign off (another fee). However, I can't say enough good things about this woman. She was experienced, kind, and extremely down to earth. She looked at the whole process so positively. There was no sense of urgency on the phone with her and I think she really took her time answering his questions. Her final piece of advice was for me to also have my own attorney review, for another fee, of course. My experience with the attorney I chose was a very different one. He was very straight and to the point, which happened to suit my personality well. Opting in for the attorney review cost us an extra $1,500. Do I think that it was necessary? Personally, not really, not with the amount of assets we have. But then again, I've never been through a divorce so what do I know. I do know one thing, I hope I never have to look back one day and be thankful that I spent that extra money. I'm giving 4 stars only because of the lack of transparency. You can't really see what you're paying for until you pay for it. I completely understand that this is how they keep their platform proprietary, but it did make it feel like a bit of a gamble. Both attorneys said that the platform has been reviewed and developed by many attorneys. They said it's really strong and covers everything you'd need!

My fiance and I used Hello Prenup to draft and finalize our prenup. The questionnaire is straightforward - it would be nice if you could see as you were doing it what your state default is so you can make a judgment with that context rather than waiting until the document is fully generated. The negotiation portion is helpful and made it easy to get on the same page about things with my partner. This is a startup so the platform is improving by the month - even over the past 5 months I've had an account I've seen improvements to how they are doing things and communicating with users. For the price it's a great option and their customer support team is fantastic and quick to answer any questions. I think as they grow their lawyer network in each state, it will be even easier to both have representation to get an attorney to review the document from Hello Prenup. We paid for that discounted full representation ($699 each) in CA which was still a good deal but then we realized we needed to generate a DC legal document, and they did not have the discounted rates with DC attorneys. Otherwise, if you do want to have an attorney review after you have your draft, most outside of the Hello Prenup network will not want to use your draft and would rather complete their normal intake / draft process themselves which means you ultimately don't save any money.

Responding to your reply - My husband is the one who paid for the HelloPrenup under his name. The platform has many glitches and the Hello Prenup agreement was just a generic form that violates the law. We had to pay a lawyer to re-do our whole prenuptial agreement over since he said that much of the Hello Prenup was unenforceable. It would not give us the options we really wanted either. Not worth the money! It was not legally compliant, according to attorney. It seems HelloPrenup claims people who give bad reviews were not customers but that is not true in our case.

I love this platform. It’s a lot of work to talk back and forward or even find lawyers. This site make everything so easy. The questionnaire covers all our concerns. Also, easy to find lawyers. Price is reasonable.

My husband and I used Hello Prenup for our June 2023 marriage. I highly recommend this platform to create your prenup. It is informative, user-friendly, and it guided us through each step of the prenuptial process. We completed the process separately and collaboratively. We had it notarized and it is a legal-binding document. I researched Hello Prenup thoroughly before choosing to use it. Our prenup clearly outlines everything that we needed it to. I am so happy that we chose this service!
