These fellows provide pro bono legal support to the IOAA, which gives 'em points in my book. They also seem to be getting screwed by reviews, a status which seems entirely unfair since they either have to do with being kept on hold or the firm just being "not good".

Full disclosure this rating will change depending on how things go throughout this process. Hope my ho esty, and forthcoming helps you in your decision to pick an attorney/lawyer. Update;June 2022; so while the case is going slowly, like before now getting a hold of my lawyer was quite easy and normally heard back with 2 days. At this point I am lucky to hear back within a week, get a call back or when I call, speak with my lawyer. I'm consistently sent to voice-mail, or told that they can leave a message and have my lawyer call me back. Febuary: So far, so good. They have been attentive, and thorough. If ypur looking for a team that will put you first, and push for the best results, they should be your go to. If your looking for quick l, and fast, this is not the team for you.
