I worked with Gil Schipani and Jim Kerr. Both were extremely thoughtful and helpful throughout the process, providing guidance as if they were in my shoes, and treating me as a friend. I appreciated the way they both conducted themselves: they were professional, responsive, and helped me to resolve my situation swiftly.

Update 4/21/2024: Gil just helped me AGAIN regarding a litigation (lawsuit) matter. His advice put me at ease and gave me simple action steps to resolve the situation. I can't thank Gil enough. Tempus Fugit Law is the best law firm ever, I recommend them to all my friends. It is an absolute blessing to know Gil and to be able to hire this firm whenever I have any legal matters that need to be solved. For real, this is the best law firm ever, Gil is the best attorney ever, don't hesitate to pay Gil and Tempus Fugit Law to solve any real estate or litigation/legal issues you have!

We have used Tempus Fugit twice for refinancing and once for buying a new home. They were excellent and helped guide us through the process.

IMHO, the most dishonest and most incompetent lawyer ever. Particularly he was even able to delete all negative reviews from all platforms God knows how and he will probably be able to delete this review as well while he writes himself all the positive reviews. Unfortunately there is no verification system that the positive reviews come from real clients. This lawyer will have a really fat malpractice lawsuit coming up against him so please check on that online rather than on reviews prior to make a decision to hire me. This is my opinion and my personal experience so I hope it can help other prospect clients on the fence about hiring him or not. If you do happen to already have a problem with him don't be shy and so file all appropriate complaint is the only way you will be able to have him disciplined.

I have a good experience with Tempus Fugit Law firm. They have been extremely accommodating and very helpful in breaking down the finances for simple understanding. Their paralegal staff was very prompt in answering any queries I had and we got the job done hassle free. I'll definitely like to work with them in the future if need arises.

Attorney Hamdan’s uncanny use of legal research and ability to speed read were critical to the case.
